Access to the property is on the middle floor comprising living room/dining area, kitchen and outside balcony with built in barbeque. Stairs lead down from the living area to the main bedroom with double bed, TV, chair, wardrobes, drawers and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobes, drawers and 'family' shower room. This level also has a walled terrace which can be accessed by both bedrooms. Further external stairs lead up to a third bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. This level also has a superb balcony. There are fantastic views of La Manga Club and The Mar Menor Sea from both balconies. The property is fully equipped for self-catering and has an LCD TV with many channels including BBC, ITV and Sky & a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s.
The villa has marble floors, a fully equipped kitchen with polished granite work surfaces, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all the crockery/ utensils you could need. The lounge has luxury soft furnishings. All the rooms have air conditioning/heating and the master bedroom has an additional TV.
All the terraces/ balconies have newly tiled floors and there are loungers and a table with chairs for you to enjoy the incredible views and weather (weather not guaranteed!)
Our Villa is situated in the Los Molinos community of La Manga Club. Los Molinos, is the most picturesque community within the famous La Manga Club resort, it is made up of traditional style properties and two distinctive white windmills. It nestles on a hillside amongst winding garden paths and is quiet and peaceful whilst still being within walking distance of the facilities of the resort. The central feature of the development is the beautiful swimming pool with its waterfall, separate children's pool, poolside bar and restaurant which is open for snacks and lunches from March until November (weather permitting) and for one evening a week during the summer months.
Guests can use the beautiful Los Molinos pool and children's pool with its bar and restaurant. The property also has sporting rights entitling each guest to a 50% reduction in rates for golf, tennis, football, cricket and all the other sports on offer at the resort.
